Mike Sereti of Central Mass Home Inspections is awesome. Just had him inspect a house we are buying today. He went through it with a fine tooth comb. Really great guy. Took the time to explain what he was doing, why he was doing it and the importance of each test or procedure. He was very willing and able to answer all our questions. His report is fantastic. He provides a summary section outlining the real egregious issues that needed to be handled immediately to those items that you just needed to watch or correct with routine maintenance. I had his report within 3 hours of him completing the inspection. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who's buying a house. If their is an issue or a problem, big or small, he will find it. He is the BEST!

I could not agree more on this review. I had Mike inspect 2 house for me in 2009 and he did an excellent job. He is very honest and straight forward about the issue he finds and does not find. I have also recommended him to a few other people and would do so again.

 12/8/2011 As part of the due diligence process in buying a home, I requested the services of Mike Sereti, owner of Central Mass Home Inspection Services to inspect a home I would like to purchase. If I were only allowed to sum up my feelings about Mike in one word, it would have to be: Awesome! Never mind the fact that Mike was thorough, patient, and very detailed, but he was also very personable!  By the time Mike finished the inspection, I felt as though I had known him for years.  My RE Agent/Broker had given me a list of inspectors to call, Mike was probably 5th or 6th on the list. Boy am I glad I skipped over all the big names on the list an went with Mike.  Would I recommend him to a friend, family member or even a stranger on the Commuter Rail? You bet!  If you're looking to purchase a home, and need a thorough, reliable, honest, personable inspector, then call Mike, you will be glad you did.

Mike I put together reports and assessments on a regular basis. I have to say putting together a report of this size and detail in such a short period of time is impressive. Thank you, I will definitely recommend you to friends and family.
